NJPSA is a professional association dedicated to the improvement of the quality of teaching and learning in New Jersey and to the promotion of educational excellence through the ongoing support of New Jersey's school leaders via government advocacy, legal assistance, leadership programs, professional learning and retirement counseling. The association has taken the lead in providing the highest quality professional development opportunities for its members since 1981. Representing more than 7,000 principals, vice principals, supervisors, directors, and other educational leaders, NJPSA has redefined professionalism for both practicing and aspiring school leaders.
